Our products are shipped within 24 Hours of receipt during business days using USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need to return your product, submit your claim to orders@fauxfinishbiz.com within three days of delivery; we will follow up within 24 hours. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will not be liable for rerouting fees incurred by UPS or USPS, nor will we be liable for lost packages due to inaccurate shipping information.
